Dimension Data Pro Am Picnic

Farm Design Events designed this “picnic in the country” for Dimension Data. The venue was the beautiful gardens at Fancourt Golf Estate in George.

We set up set rustic beer benches and chairs and to accommodate 500 guests.

This early evening dinner was styled around food stations with different options to choose from, and a French Patisserie station for dessert. The look was whimsical with rustic beer benches and chairs, and flowers that looked like they had just been picked from the gardens. Lanterns and solar jars lit up the tables, and fairy lights strung among the trees provided a magical atmosphere. Generators ensured that the everything ran seamlessly.

The highlight of the entertainment programme was Freshly Ground. As their set began, guests got up and danced the night away.
