Hosted in the same refined space at Forum Embassy Hill, the challenge was to transform the executive roundtable setup into a sophisticated dining environment—in just one hour.
While guests enjoyed cocktails and live music in the garden, Farm Design Events orchestrated a seamless room turnaround. We carried through the event’s light, elegant palette with luxe white damask tablecloths, fine white crockery, and gold-rimmed underplates. Each table was adorned with abundant seasonal florals – peonies and soft blush blooms mixed with greens and whites – elevated by flickering tea lights in cut crystal votives.
The final touch: ambient lighting from the AV team, creating a warm, welcoming glow that invited conversation, celebration, and connection.
