Designing for dialogue

When top-tier leaders in African Tech gathered for the exclusive LeadersIn Africa Summit 2024, the setting needed to reflect the calibre of conversation—elegant, focused, and quietly impactful.

Held at the prestigious Forum Embassy Hill, the summit required a layout that supported both high-level roundtable discussions and relaxed, meaningful networking. Farm Design Events was entrusted with creating a design environment that matched the tone and intention of the event.

We curated a refined, minimalist aesthetic. Stone-coloured cotton linens softened the space, while wooden platters with fresh fruit added warmth and natural texture. Clear chairs enhanced the room’s airy, light-filled quality, maintaining an intimate atmosphere without sacrificing openness.

The result was a thoughtfully designed space that fostered connection, insight, and clarity—allowing leaders to focus on what mattered most.

Farm Design Events blends form and function to elevate every moment. From concept to completion, we create spaces where important conversations thrive.
