When a leading organisation needed the ideal setting for their annual two-day strategy planning session, Farm Design Events was entrusted to deliver a seamless, inspiring experience for 40 participants.
Our brief was clear: find a venue conducive to focused, creative thinking. The space had to be easily accessible, comfortably accommodate a U-shape layout, and support a full conference setup—including professional AV for live online sharing, roving microphones, and clear visual display.
Catering was equally important. We arranged morning arrivals, refreshments, and a generous buffet lunch, all tailored to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including halal. To maintain the energy and concentration in the room, all food service was managed in a separate space.
After evaluating several venues, we secured a sophisticated art gallery—a serene, light-filled environment where the surrounding artwork encouraged openness, engagement, and innovation. The result: a productive, energising strategy meeting that met every need and exceeded expectations.
